Cannot Reach Anyone to Cancel Monthly Service

I did not order this Experian monthly service. I have tried to cancel it through my credit card company, but was told that I had to contact Experian directly. I have yet to figure out how to do that. I call the number on the site, but the call goes to a dead zone. No one answers. What are we supposed to do?
