Charge to my VISA credit card was ostensibly to renew my Panda Cloud Anti-Virus subscription for 1 year. I never authorized this and Panda never got payment and so Panda is now asking me to renew. I had never set up any automatic renewal payment so the question is how did ASK-NET.com get my credit card info?
