Standing around laughing with coworkers while customer stands at checkout

Stopped in the CNBC News store across from gate C31 to get a drink. I stood at the counter waiting for the cashier to stop laughing and and cutting up with his coworkers. The time was 1:00pm. After standing there for several minutes I finally spoke up. I was in clear view of the four workers laughing and cutting up the whole time.
