Unauthorized charges to my credit card

This is horrible - I am being charged repeatedly for diet pills I did not order and when I call about the returns for credit to my account and to dispute the customer service person is giving me dates that the orders were placed. I ended up hanging up on her and having to file a dispute with my credit card company. Is what they do even legal?
