I was called by a lady named Sylvia and told I had won a 10 walmart card and 100 dollar visa. She said she had to walk me through the website. After giving my credit card info I tried to use the site and realized none of the links worked. I tried the live chat and kept getting the same ignorant response which was not an answer to my question. I called customer service and did get through. However the lady refused to cancel the account or erase my credit card information. I told her I knew that this was a scam and she said that is not true and actually called me a liar.
