Unauthorized $429.98 Charge Leaves Retiree Unable to Pay Rent

There is a charge in my bank account for $429.98 that I have not authorized. I don't purchase anything from Google. I am a retired person that lives only from social security income month to month and now I don't have the money to pay my rent. How can I solve this problem?
