The DVD set that I ordered was damaged. Was contacted back with a RMA code and address to return it. It cost me $70.00 to ship it back to China with a tracking number. 2 months later and after several attempts to contact them about my refund and still have heard nothing back. This company is a scam and does not honor their return policies. If other people have problems with this site please also report it to: http://www.econsumer. Gov/english
