There are over 186 claims against Rios-Shoes or Riosfashionshoes.com that have been filed in just the past two months against this company reporting of their scam for sending tracking numbers that stay in "pending" mode, no shoes ever arriving yet payment was recieved, or packages that contain shower caps as opposed to shoes. I am disgusted as a first time user of pay-pal that such a company would be an operation who pay-pal would endorse and promote their dishonest services. This has been a huge waste of my time and trust.
