These people have taken money off me without my say so and now are saying they will not do a refund without a crime reference number off the police and even when you have that they will send you out forms to fill out and do a case on your claim which doesnt mean you will get the money back if they decide that they think its actually you still doing it. Also if they decide yes you didnt do it, It could take up to 10 days for your money back. This company has done nothing to help but basically refuse a refund. I am going to put a complaint in with the manager as this is unacceptable.
