Re-issue - unnecessary demands

Seva kendra in constituted having a respectable purpose to assist the general public and also to accelerate the passport issues. Essentially it was derailed.

Passport holder acquired the passport before marriage. After marriage she requested reissue of passport including partners name.

2 weeks after software got a scheduled appointment at Tripunithura seva Kendra at Heera Regal at Ernakulam Area under Cochin passport office.

Ministry of External affairs site recommends in such instances the attested copy of the wedding document OR combined affidavit OR Annexure E affidavit is needed to be created with current Passport. (Document. No. 8017 and 8025 or 8063 or 8086)

However The worker or clerk on desk insisted for SSLC Guide. WHAT FOR? Once the passport is appropriate. Candidate again returned for that SSLC guide. This isn't SEVA - Who'll do something from the Tripunithura SEVA KENDRA TEAM for this undesirable needs with unholy motives?
