This company phoned me and gained access to my computer without my permission as it was on at the time. They told me I had a virus on my pc and they were working with Microsoft.
They said they were trying to help me repair my computer as I had hackers and produced this data on my pc.
They said I would get a letter from the government if I did not take this programme because hackers had access to my pc.
I told them I did not want to pay at this time and said they would send me a direcdt debit first then the money would be taken out of my bank account.
After contacting my bank they had taken the money out of my account
they were totally dishonest in accessing my money and getting access to my pc.
How do I get my money back
