I cancelled my account directly after I signed up. The web site claimed to be one thing and was totally something else. I called to cancel it and was refunded the 2 fees they charged me. Then several months later I started getting charges on my other account with the same bank. I called again and they stated that it had to be another company with a name similar to theirs. I looked into it further and realized that the 2 different companies did have similar names, but were owned by the same company. Clever scam, huh? After I told then I was going to seek to bring them up on charges the woman puts me on hold, and then came back to the phone stating that they never charged me, but would credit me back and I would see it in 1-4 days. Strange, buyer beware b/c apparently even though I didn't give them my other checking account # they seemed to get it to.
