Company sent us a bill for Brother 4040 "Supplies" but no such supplies where ever received. With the bill they sent us a flyer if when we pay the $1196 invoice we would receive a $100 American Express gift card. We called the number for the company to inquire about the supplies but only received a brief voice mail that only said to leave a message and they would return the call. But did not say name of company or any information on the company.
