I made a big mistake - I was foolish enough to invest with Shinsei Associates / Aozora Alliance (Aozoraalliance.com) and lost a lot of money. At first they offered me shares at a good price in company called Golden Minerals registered at the NYSE. After a while these shares were switched to a company called Rubber Research Group / internationaltiresolutions.com. I tried to do some research on the company but unfortunately did not find this scam book posting mentioned below (Wish usacomplaints.com supported a better search engine):

So I was stupid enough to invest in the same company, that others scam victims also were lured into.

These guys are very convincing, and they make a lot of financial postings in various medias - to make their companies look real. But if you read the articles closely - it's just common rubbish. Also they use the standard scam approach by building up your trust - I realize that after reading a lot about their scam strategies. They keep using expressions like: "I'm a man of my word" and "I'm going to put a big smile on your face". Also they never reply by mail - they only contact you by telephone. They talk for ages and they often don't let you say much. I was scammed in the usual way. I got a cold call. Later that person was replaced by a higher positioned employee since he had to 'promote' the initial caller. When I refused to invest further the 'Senior Vice President' took over - the ultimate pressure. He was unpleasant and quite threatening by nature.

These guys obvious operates a lot of scam websites - all supposed to be located in Japan. Looks at the examples below. The web sites look decent at a glance. But if you look closely you'll notice, that all of the websites are shallow - no real in-depth content. They also contain the same flaw - if you browse through the website, you'll see that the margins moves/jumps from time to time. Also the registar of the domain names are hidden - obviously to hide themselves.

Please do not make the same mistake as me! Do not invest with these companies - no matter how hard they try to convince you! It's all fake.
