Arthur Denkin Kiser, a/k/a Arthur D. Kiser is a "confidence man", he presents a sure fire moneymaking scheme of trading in Forex (foreign exchange currency) or lately he has switched to real estate property improvement and reselling distressed properties for huge gains once they have been fixed up (commonly know as "flipping").

To get started, He seeks the "initial investment", by asking for access to your checking account to "capitalize" your business, you two are going to go in to. He will quickly deplete your bank & checking account (days!); then he opens charge cards in YOUR name, and credit lines, and immediately ZAPS the card up to the maximum limit. How? Once you have EVER authorized him to wire/ACH (as banks call it) from these accounts, he will go back again and again every day until he has depleted the bank account or "maxed-out" the credit line.

Ultimately, You are stuck with wiped out bank accounts, maxed-out charge cards, and nothing to show from your business venture with Kiser. Ask him to tell you or show you evidence of ONE DEAL that has made money for any sucker investor! Beware!!! He is a master scam artist!
