This company charged my account $30.00 For a loan application i did not give them consent to do so. Yes... I went to the site to apply and did exactly that. They said i was pre-approved so i submitted the info they needed to make the trans action (bank account info) never on that page did it say a application fee of $30.00. Called them told them to put the money back in my account or i'm going to get in touch with everyone that's filed a complaint and Start a class action suit against them. Also i told them i wanted to talk to a supervisor Also told them i was going to have them investigated for Fraud (won't hurt to threaten them by saying you have family who works in Law inforcement):). Needless to say the man said he put in a refund request to have the monies put back in my account... He said to keep mchecking my account within 15 days!!! I told him no it doesn't take that long. Have it back in my account within three business days because that is the standard time it takes. Told him if it's not there Legal actions will follow!!! All i can say is "We will See!"
