Sms contact august saying i had won usd500,000 from cocoa cola empowerment lottery. I have been contacted many times asking for money for taxes, government charges and bank activation fees. The bank certificate is from alliance offshore bank istanbul. Tim collins claims to have usd568,000 in my name and the bank requires another usd42,000 to reactivate my account to allow transfer the funds. Please help me.
