This is the second time ive encountered this. The first time was a few months ago and again now for the same amount. Both times i caught it before ""the part was sent out" and refunded the amount. Now i find my room mate has this same amount charged to her acct. Both bb&t accounts. This is a major issue please keep sending the complaints.
