Stated 19.95 year-charged me 190.00 on my debit card day after ordered, they were supposed to wait 30 days. I had ordered two, one with extended time and one just a year. I got one after about a week. Waited a week for the next, never came. Called them they said I didnt. Order it. Then they stopped answering their phone. So they charged me 190.00 for one magicjack which should last 5years. Why would I buy that when one year is 19.95? Ad stated free shipping they doubled talked me on e-mail complaints stating all the extra charges where for shipping and fees hmmmn. Will not resond to emails anymore or answer their phone. What a sham, can soomeone sue them class action for all the wronged consumers there are tons of complainst on line, wish I had read them before I ordered. They refuse to return the time exyension type of magicjack, totally screwed.
