"Loan Mart" sending fraudulent checks (to be cashed at Wells Fargo) in the mail. When I called to clarify why I was receiving a check and if it was legitimate the employee explained that it was due to an investigation by the Department of Corporations into overpayment of interest. She actually said it's legitimate go ahead and cash it. Got to Wells Fargo and there was a some sort of sting going on...
