I received a call from this company that they were sending court ordered information and coming by my work to issue the papers to me for lack of payment on an internet loan. I asked them to email me a document with my signature and they said loans through the internet do not need signatures. The caller grew very rude and bullying.

I have gone through my records and have no information on this company or authorizing them to deposit money into my bank account. I recently saw that they withdrew an amount of $90 from my checking account, how they have my account number, I don't know and must have lifted this from an internet search I was doing back in April.

There has been no correspondence from a Vandelier Group, no calls to follow up on any "supposed" past due loans and yet I get a call out of the blue saying I am being issued a warrant for past due loans.

They are now threatening to visit me at my house and stop by my work to issue the papers. I do not know this company and feel that this is a total scam.

This afternoon I received a call from a Mr. Tom Jenkins, the issuing officer from the Processing Department / Jackson Greenberg. He also referred me back to the Jackson Greenberg "law firm", as he was on the cross section of xxx street and xxx street and to call him back so he could find my office. He then said he was on his way to my home and had the address number to which he referred. He then stated that I should call the office of Jackson Greenberg immediately to get this resolved.

I am reporting this to the LAPD as it is an attempt to extort money that I never authorized or approved for an internet loan.
