In the beginning of the year we paid JCS so that our brother can call us from jail. To this date we have not received any services.
We put in a complaint with our bank and they put the money back on our account while they investigated. We recently received a letter from the bank stating that JCS said that we didn't received the services because we didn't follow there instructions and therefore services wasn't granted.
Visa reverse the transaction so we lost our money.
We really thought that they were apart of Securus that's what they portrayed on their website.
I'm also reporting them to the BBB. I think that this company just steals people money.
