He keeps calling saying to send 3,000.00 & I'll win 3 million. Won't quit calling. They are very persistent & rude. They have called several times in the last 2 days. I have made it perfectly clear that I am not interest, but they persist in calling. I am in poor health & this is really causing me stress.
