I recieved a letter stating i had won 250,000.00. This is a scm. I want to know how to sue this company and a person named abigail connell. Do i need to file a report locally to begin this procidure? I have read other complaints against this company and would like to file a class action suit if possible. Is this doable? Can someone please let me know?
