WARNING -Please avoid this attorney.
He charges more than most every attorney out there. Hides behind titles and past achievements, but sadly, he is simply just spinning the wheel of time and billing, doing very little actual work and billing for phone calls to check on status when the firm should be guiding rather than sitting back and letting their clients squirm with no notices or hearing or properly filling for legal fees in the beginning of a case, promising that the fees will be awarded, then backing out then the bills are exceeded. He takes on clients who are in weakened positions, then basically uses blackmail and threats when he already promised results and to take care of things.
Later, after all is lost, he lies and says he warned of difficult cases or lack of resources causing him to not be able to do his job properly. He will bleed every dime he can from you, take everything and produce nothing, then leave you and your case alone, then sue you for nonpayment, misstating and twisting truths and conversations.
He rarely puts things his promises in writing, using the telephone to convince you to continue your case, promising thi8ngs, then forgets what he says to you. Rarely was he ever properly prepared or have the actual details of the progress of the case and has misstated things in the court room, making me and him look ridiculous. I had to bring my own work and files and research and had to make cases myself.
The majority of time in court was to defend his reputation by the opposing counsels, becoming very defensive of his billing practices and showing more interest in this than the clients interests.
I had my bills reviewed by 3 attorneys, who all said his billing practices are ludicrous and has never seen so much money paid and so little work done or results made in a case.
Stay away... Far away.
