I replied to an advertisement regarding a 'sample' of the Platinum X-14 and (unwisely, it would now seem) I gave my debit card details. When checking my bank account on line I found that the company had deducted £89.95 from my account in respect of a full treatment payment. I tried to contact the company by email asking them to contact me (this was last week) but I have heard nothing from them. It is a total rip-off and a 'scam' that should be reported to the tranding standards authorities - and this I intend to do.
