Access Direct is a horrible place to work!

First they did not give me breaks every 2 hours, but only when they were good and ready. Second they claim to have a casual dress code, but they complain about anything that one of your fellow co workers takes issue with. They have a freedom for me but not thee attitude. Same with station decorations. They allow for christian propaganda but if you have an alternative religion and broadcast it your in trouble.

They also play favorites. They allowed one guy to hang up a picture of a woman wearing sexually suggestive clothing to advertize his band, all over the center. Yet I had a picture of Larry Flynt that they said was wrong. If you have vacation time you don't get to take it when you want, only after you give them a dozen excuses of why you want to take it.

Same thing when your sick. They rebuttle you time after time and make you feel like your calling in sick for grade school. The womens bathroom is unsanitary. My friend has some disgusting photographs of the toilets. All of this goes without mentioning the day to day drama.

Most important the manager Ken Leffler got in trouble from his past career at Apac for having sex with 16 year old girls, and paying them on company time. Ken still continues to molest employees. He has one lawsuit pending against him, he has another insubordinant supervisor pregnant. There is always the soap opera drama of whos doing who.

All of this goes without mentioning that the place is a drug haven with about 95% of the employees and mangement staff selling or doing drugs of some nature. I personally witnessed a supervisors drug dealer coming in to make a sale, with a suitcase full of cocaine in his trunk.in my opinion they should advertise in High Times rather than the local newspaper for employment. They are a disgrace to the community. I'm glad I quit, because with no pun intended I felt like a prostitute every day I went to work.
