If his mouth is moving, he's lying. Charged me double what the contract was for. Took 4 months, and left when he was fully paid without finishing job. Used all my tools and equipment and promised to replace them, never did. Ruined my driveway because he overloaded his trucks/trailers so much, he had trouble getting them up the driveway.

Removed asbestos tile from basement floor without taking any precautions. Bagged tile pieces in plastic bags and dumped them somewhere.

Covered over electric sockets with new drywall and left only 1 socket in the room 12' x 24'. Just paid an electrician over $300 to find those covered electrical wires. The 1 socket he left was hanging out of the wall and never secured. Very unsafe.

Gave him 8 separate checks during the 4 months - only 1 made out to Charles Jaramello!!!

Took him to Small Claims Court and got nowhere. Did a search with Chester County Court House and see why. He has a total of 53 judgements against him for a total of $2,531, 834.66 in Chester County alone (who knows how many other people he's ripped off in other counties). He's slick - nothing is in his name so no one can get a penny from him.

Too bad they didn't deport him when they had a chance! If you hire him, remember, you've been warned. I wish I had known. He'd be the last contractor I'd ever hire. He's a crook.
