Clements Indian River Citrus Inc. Is the name used by Henry Tilden Clements Jr. This is another company of Henry's, that claims to have contracts with the U.S. Navy. This latest scam is to obtain money for manufacturing powdered fruit and selling it to our armed forces. Listed on their company is Mary Nedvins Clements as Vice President. There is no contract, no agreement and instead, Clements used monies recieved for his own use. A judgement was brought forth against Clements. Like all previous judgements, Clements never pays a dime, waits for it to expire and continue's scamming. Hiding behind his wife, Mary Nedvins Clements, this crook has nothing in his name of value. While he creates victums, he claims to be THE victum. A classic switch, putting his investor's on the defense. Calls to his phone are met with a viscious attitude of attacking his credability, which he has none. The most recent attempt at collecting over $20,000 was met with his usual sarcastic attitude.
