Pres. & CEO -Peter Wright, It took 5 people in Exclusive Property Management, 3 people in Mexico & a Bank to rip me off, an 80 year old widow with a disabled child to support

I received an offer to purchase my timeshare from Albert Riley of Exclusive Property Management. I was told there would be no upfront fees & Albert kept repeating that I would not have to pay any money before I had the proceeds of the sale.

I signed the contract which included the name & address of the buyer, who was Rueben Soto Espinosain Hermosillo Sonora, Mexico. C.P. 83150.

I received a copy of the Bank statement in Mexico indicating that the escrow account had been funded. Then I was told that the Mexican government had come up with unexpected tax requirements. I was reluctant to pay them but Susana Rodrigues of the escrow office - Servicios Bancarios assured me that everything was legal & sent me the bank account copies. I thought that escrow companies were legal, but later realized that they were only despicable scammers.

I had to send 3 payments for these government taxes to the BBVA Bancomer Mexico for credit to Corp Oceanterra Inc S A de VC in Peurto Vallarta, Jalisico, Mexico & another one to Scotiabank Inverlat in Coyoacan, Mexico City for credit to Maria del Rosario Lopez Arreola in Altavista #109 Int 50 Col San Angel CP 01049. Mexico D F, for escrow fees.in total, they scammed me for $12.500.00 USD
