Dont use them! - Transit Van Hire

Ooked weeks in advance. Two days before they rang up and said that they couldnt deliver tha van at 1800 on the day as booked, but could deliver it at about 2200. I said ok and waited, and waited... The next day i managed to get through to the "help" desk. Where a very rude individual advised that they had left a message on my phone the previous night telling me that the van would not be available until 1500 the next day. I asked what they were proposing to do about reducing the price (209.00 and watch out. They foget to mention it excludes vat. Another 45.00) initially he tried to say that he could not discuss price, then said i could perhaps keep it for another day, then after i said none of that was acceptable, he eventually said he would speak to a manager and came back with a proposal of a reduction of £20!!! For being a day late and me loosing 50% of the hire time. They a rude, arrogant and totally lacking in any concideration for thier customers... And dont forget they say 200 deposit and take 500!!!
