Recently I had gone to the Cape and on the way home I stopped at one of your stores. I had brought several things and one of them was a broom. When I got back to CT I realized that I didn't have it, so I took my receipt to the Manchester CT location and told them what had happened. First they told me that I had to go back to MASS to get the broom. Then finally they called the store in MASS (what I had suggested at the beginning) and was told that I did leave the broom there. It was very frustrating as I work in customer service and I spend LOTS of money at your store and after a while I was told I had to return the broom and purchase it again. It seems that all that could have been done without having me stay all the while. Like I said I love the store and shop very often it just seemed odd to have to go through all that.
