I signed up for the advertised trial of only paying S&H of about $11. Order came, I figured I had until the end of the month to contact them to ward off any possible recurring payments as I hadn't seen anything in the agreement or paperwork. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later there was the $160 charged to my card. So, I called the 2 numbers listed on the statement, 1 was valid, the other was for PIZZA HUT. When I was able to speak with someone, who could barely understand, let alone, speak English, I ended up feeling like I was shouting because she would not let me finish a sentence. And even at that point, she was still trying to sell the bloody product to me. Finally, I was able to get 1/2 of the unauthorized charges refunded, in about 3-5 business days (we'll see how that goes). Also let her know about the Pizza Hut number, of which she said they just got new *exclusive* numbers, during the 3 day period from my charges to my call. When I went to confirm my refund amount and expected amount of wait time, she abruptly finished the call.
