Ordered a patio set from them and they said it would be shipped to us within 10 to 15 business days. It is well past that date. We have received no emails from them, no tracking numbers. When we call them they keep saying the same sentence over and over again that someone will contact us by email yet we do not receive an email. They will not give us a customer service number to speak to someone else. They cannot tell us who the delivery company is. I am questioning if I will ever receive this product.
