Complete Savings are professional 'con' artists.
I booked some train tickets via them and they enticed me with an offer to save money off my next train tickets. To qualify for this I had to complete the application form online (including my credit/debit card details).
I didn't give it another thought until two payments of £10.00 were taken from my Bank Account. When I enquired, I was told I had agreed to a membership which included a monthly fee that would apply unless I cancelled it. Yes, the membership confirmation email reply I received did mention it, but at the botton of the page after all their glitzy coloured money saving offers! It is in the same font type and size as all their other words. They do NOT make it clear that you will be charged. Dreadful company - will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I will actually tell people to avoid them at all costs!!!
