I have requested my refund four times and I got a call from someone who tried to make me feel bad for requesting my refund. I want my money back because this is not for me and I told him this, but I still have not recieved my refund. There has got to be help we can get that will help us get our money back from this illegitimate company. I regret contacting them, because no legitimate company would keep a person's refund.
