After looking for various options for loans I had not agreed to any loan or advance once offered as they were unreasonable. This company took two payments on the same day from my account. I do not normally look at my statements in detail so was not seen until now (stupid i know) but this is stealing & i would like this payment back or will shame these people daily. We have to earn our money and work hard - this is a criminal offence & they should not be allowed to get away with treating hard working people & others who may be on low income to be cheated in this way - when they know that many are needing an advance or loan in the first place!!
