I noticed the charge and called them after pulling up their website. They requested a lot of personal information to "find my account", which I refused to disclose. I called my bank and had them refute the charge. The $14.95 has been returned to me by my bank, but it has caused me a great deal of headaches. It caused the bank to freeze my account and hence return unpaid checks. That incurred charges to my payees which I in turn had to pay. I believe we have to file some type of class action lawsuit. These funds are being deposited to someone's account somewhere. I can't believe nobody is trying to trace this back to them.
