I just got this notice in the mail today. What a joke! I've learned in the past that companies don't ask for filing fees if you happen to win a sum of money. Everyone would like to be lucky enough to hit the 'BIG ONE', but scammers should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. The mental and emotional anguish that honest, hard working people must go through when thinking that they've won a windfall of money translates to cruel and unusual punishment! Thank GOD for the internet and anti-scam sites like this that let people know before sending in their hard earned money!
