I called the phone number on my bank statement and i told him i have not ordered anything on-line and gave no-one permission to deduct from my account. He informed me that he canceled this transaction and told me to go to their web site. I'm so confused and very unhappy that they somehow received my bank information. Debit card used. Please help.
