We found this overcharge on our bill. Sprint was polite about refunding it immediately probably because they knew they were stealing from us. They said it was because we misused our phone and contacted certain apps, which never happened. They blamed us. As we continued to discuss this with Yvonne from Sprint, it occurred to me to ask her to go back to previous bills. She was debating me as to Sprint's credibility for something that wasn't justified, admitting to me that they did get paid for unauthorized billing by Winley Marketing whom we've never heard of. When she checked previous bills, the credit tripled, and now they're refunding $60.00, all the while defending Sprint's credibility. I then asked to talk to the supervisor, his name is John, and his employee no. Is J0050993. It was the same scam; he defended Sprint, and said we misused the phone. John assure me that Winley Marketing would be blocked from our account from now on. We don't believe him and I will analyze every bill, and would like to switch phone companies.
