Fred Barney of Columbia, MO has scammed me for $500 toward working as a business partner to clean homes and cars. He came to my apartment door and charched me $80 to clean my car. I don't know what to do. He said the $500 would toward vaccumns and I don't have the vaccumns. He lies. He says that we have a house to clean and I haven't made a penney. I quit and I want my money back.
