I ordered a sample costing £4.99 plus postage and was sent several bottles of the liquid which I did not order. I contacted them by email stating that I hadn't ordered them and I did not want to receive any more. The reply was very unhelpful and today I have just discovered that they have taken £89.95 from my account. This needs to be stopped and reported.
