Avoid this company! Their business practice and in particular returns policy is very underhand!
I applied for a free trial of slim vida and colon flow on the 19th may and paid postage and packing only with a credit card.
The free trial did not arrive and on the 3 & 4 june two payment of £69.95 were taken from my credit card.
On 12 june a months supply of each item was delivered with documentation that indicated that this was the first month of the lifestyle auto shipment program which i had not signed up to.
On telephoning customer services to request a refund for the items i had not ordered or commited to i made no headway. The operator insisted that
i should have cancelled within 14 days of my order if i did not wish to go ahead with the program... As i had not recieved any goods i was not aware of this or that the payments would be taken automatically. My credit card company has agreed to look into the matter however there is no guarantee that my money will be refunded.
