I made a purchase from this company and it was not as advertised, I have asked for a full refund, they offered £35 sterling.
The item is an R11tp taylormade driver, (it is a fake not a genuine manufacturers club). This was verified by a PGA pro of 30 yrs experience.
I have paid using yourspay, who according to scambook are dodgy as well.
This is an email I sent:-

Dear yourspay.com

I have recently paid for an order using your payment method. Unfortunatly part of my order is not as advertised and in fact a cheap copy (R11 TP Driver - Flex: Stiff; Shaft: Graphite; Hand: Right; Degree: 9). I have tried to sort this out with ukgolfonline, who have to this point offered me £35 for returning the item. This is unsatisfactory as the item is not as described and I should be entitled to a full refund of £189. Further more who ever it is that I am dealing with wont even give me his or her name. This leads me to believe its not the first time they have done this. I have had a proffesional golfer look at the item and he has seconded my opinion of it being fake.

Can you help me in anyway? Do you have 7dazzlings address or can you get my money back form them?
