Union Telecom does not refund the $40 initial deposit immediatelly as they promised me when opening an account

Please investigate this Long Distance Phone Service. It is a FRAUD! They asked for $40.00 deposit when you opened an account with them with the promise that if there is not 100% customer satification the $40.00 deposit will be returned immediately. The system they use for the customer is very suspicious because they use ersonal private phone numbers at random to do their business. I decided to cancel this service and they are very reluctant to give me my $40.00 refund back. I have to call 3 times and they said my refund will arrive between 45 to 120 days. I asked why this refund takes so long when the promise was that I will get ir immediately; they don't seem to care and the only explanation was that it is the company's policy now and previous offers or promises don't count anymore. Please check this company, I believe this people are using other phone companies illegally to avoid sales tax payments and other some other fees and charges usually aplicable to communication companies.
