Dear Sir/Madam

I am in a big trouble.

I have bought a bag Lancel Paris cuir de vachette on 4 June amounting to 222.65 USD and yesterday that is, 11 June I received a PVC bag Lancel Paris via express DHL amounting to 20 USD. The bag was bought on www.saclancelpascher.net and was paid through fashionpay.

I have sent several emails to saclancel. Pascher@yahoo.com and fashionpay but they are escaping my emails.

I would like to know how to get my money back. Also, the PVC bag costing 20 USD is defective.

I am in a despair. Please help me.
