I put 10 dollars on my virgin mobile a few hours ago and they took my 10 dollars, I did not even used the phone at all. I called costomer service and they are giving me the runaround as always. I lost 10 dollars on my phone and the will not reemburst me. I am on ssi and can, t afford any more money on the phone, which is very important to me.
