Responded to an SMS on cell phone about mystery shopping. 2.95 sounded cheap so I figured I would do it. They attempted to charge me another 4.95 to a related company of which I would have 14 days to cancel. I went to web site, determined it was a scam and called number. Once I verified to rep who I was he began rambling off some words thrown together and I interrupted by saying I WAS NOT INTERESTED PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CARD and he said that the 4.95 was declined by the bank and if I wanted to continue I would need to provide another form of payment and then abruptly hung up. I guess PAYPAL had a heads up on this scam and even though the 2.95 went through they didn't let the 4.95 tp process. I am calling them tomorrow to be sure they arent on a reoccuring payment list. All in all I lost 2.95 to a place that promised me I could make hundreds a week!!!
