Scam two purchases, one imediatly after the other. And they said the prior purchase of 199.99 would be refunded 10 days from purchase. Well no refund yet. And the second purchase was an upgrade. Cost like 289.74? I am pretty sure. Please help. And lock thier (inappropriate content removed) up thanks. William valentin
